Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation. Once your order is received, our team will review and process it. Shopivoz reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order when necessary.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation message on your WhatsApp number. Please reply to confirm your order. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

Product Information

We make every effort to present accurate product images and descriptions. However, actual product color, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

Pricing

All prices on Shopivoz are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable. There are no hidden charges, and Free Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available throughout Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier upon successful delivery of your order.

Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier operations.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package and send it to the official Shopivoz WhatsApp number (+92 345 2448661). The video helps us review your request and provide a quicker resolution.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Shopivoz is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
